EMPI DROP SPINDLES ARE BRAND NEW UNITS, NOT REMANUFACTURED OLD CORES!
CNC MACHINE TO EXACT TOLERANCES!
THESE SPINDLES FEATURE ¼” OUTWARDS OFFSET.
CLEARANCE IS USUALLY NOT AN ISSUE.
MADE ONLY FOR 4 LUG VW 4/130 DRUM BRAKE APPLICATIONS.
THESE SPINDLES ARE THE FIRST STEP TO A BRAKE SYSTEM UPGRADE WHILE GIVING YOU THE BUILT-IN ABILITY TO LOWER YOUR CAR AN AUTOMATIC 2 ½” JUST BY BOLTING THEM ON!
BALL JOINT SPINDLES REQUIRE 69^ STYLE TIE RODS.
SPINDLES USE ORIGINAL STEERING GEOMETRY SO THE RIDE & HANDLING OF THE CAR IS NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECTED!

** 1966-1968 BALL JOINT FRONT BEAMS **
IF YOU HAVE THIS FRONT BEAM YOU CAN STILL USE THESE SPINDLES BUT YOU WILL NEED TO DO A FEW UPGRADES. THE SPINDLES ON A 66-68 ARE DIFFERENT SIZED THAN THE LATER BEAMS.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING :
X2 OUTER 69^ TIE RODS
X2 INNER WHEEL BEARINGS
X2 WHEEL BEARING SEALS
WE DO HAVE THESE ITEMS IN STOCK AND CAN SHIP WITH THIS ITEM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE IF USING MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US IF YOU NEED THESE ITEMS FOR YOU TO UPGRADE TO THESE SPINDLES.
