Description

Stainless Steel 1 5/8” tubing featuring a true 4 into 1 merged collector. Tig welded for strength and good looks. The mounting flanges are thick. System includes S/S Quiet
Muffler. Complete with gaskets and hardware. Fits Type 2 1963-1967, 1500-1600cc. This is a competition system and cannot be used with heater boxes. Enhance the look of your VW while improving its performance with EMPI “Sideflow” exhaust systems. They feature Mandrel bent tubing to ensure a smooth exhaust flow and a true 4 onto 1 merged collector. They are Tig welded for strength and a nice clean look. The flanges are thick and surface grounded for a flat solid seal. The exhaust pipes tuck behind the engine allowing for maximum ground clearance. These systems include our quiet muffler in either black with a stainless-steel tip or a complete stainless-steel set
and come with all the necessary hardware for installation. If you are looking for a hidden, ground clearing exhaust while boosting
performance, this is the system for you.
